New construction exterior being pressure washed before handover by Terrapin Pro Wash

For Builders & Contractors

Post-Construction Exterior Cleaning

Construction cleanup services for the outside of the job: new flatwork, siding and hardscape washed clean of dust, mud and mortar splatter, so the project shows like it should at handover.

The Last Trade On Site

Make the Punch List Shorter

You've nailed it, screwed it and glued it. Now let's clean it. Months of trades leave their mark on every exterior surface: concrete splatter on new siding, mud tracked across fresh flatwork, dust dulling everything the owner is about to walk past on day one. We come in after the last trade and before the walk-through, washing driveways, walks, curbs, siding and hardscape so the property photographs well, inspects clean and hands over without callbacks. We're insured for commercial sites, we mobilize fast, and we coordinate directly with your super so the schedule holds.

Good To Know

Post-Construction Cleaning FAQs

What does exterior post-construction cleaning include?
Everything outside the building envelope: pressure washing new concrete and flatwork, soft washing siding to remove construction dust, spot-treating mortar and splatter, and a final rinse of hardscape and entries. Interior final cleans are a different trade, and we'll say so up front.
When should the exterior clean be scheduled?
After the last exterior trades are done and rough landscaping is in, and before the owner walk-through or listing photos. That window keeps other crews from re-dirtying finished surfaces and gives you the cleanest possible handover.
Is it safe to pressure wash new concrete?
Yes, with the right timing and technique. Concrete should cure before it sees full pressure, typically around 28 days, so on younger flatwork we reduce pressure and adjust methods rather than risk surface damage. We'll work the timing out with your super.
Do you work with builders on multiple projects?
Yes. We're built to be a standing exterior cleanup team for builders and GCs. We can bid from plans or photos, invoice per project, and slot into your construction schedule with short notice.
