Our Services
Terrapin Pro Wash provides exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, concrete and flatwork cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning, fence and deck cleaning, holiday light installation, and commercial pressure washing services. All services are performed by our team using industry-appropriate methods for each surface.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate reflects the property condition and scope described or observed at the time it is prepared; if the scope changes, we will discuss any price change with you before performing the work.
Guarantee & Warranties
Every job is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, tell us and we will make it right. House washes include a 1-year warranty and roof cleanings include a 5-year warranty against the return of the organic growth we treat. Warranties cover the treated surfaces and do not cover new staining from unrelated causes (for example rust, fertilizer, or mechanical damage).
Property Access & Preparation
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned and an exterior water source where required. Please close windows, secure pets, and move vehicles or fragile items away from the work area before your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example on commercial maintenance contracts).
Liability
We are licensed and insured, and we carry Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Liability insurance. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our work; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as failing paint, brittle or damaged surfaces, failed window seals, or improperly installed fixtures, which we will point out before starting when we identify them.
