Parking garage deck being pressure washed by Terrapin Pro Wash

Garages, Decks & Lots

Parking Garage Cleaning

Level-by-level pressure washing that strips away the oil, grime and de-icing salts that corrode concrete and rebar, scheduled nights and weekends so your garage keeps earning.

Maintenance That Pays For Itself

Protect the Structure, Not Just the Shine

A parking garage is often the first thing your customers touch, and the last thing on the maintenance list. Left alone, de-icing salts and vehicle fluids soak into the deck and quietly attack the concrete and the rebar inside it, while oil spots and grime build the kind of slip-and-fall risk no property manager wants on file. Our level-by-level cleaning lifts the bonded contaminants a sweeper leaves behind, brightens stairwells and lobbies that collect the worst of it, and gives visitors a space that feels safe, lit and looked after.

Parking Garage Cleaning FAQs

How often should a parking garage be cleaned?
Once or twice a year for most garages. A spring wash is the most valuable on the Eastern Shore, because it removes the winter's de-icing salts before they can keep working on the concrete and rebar through the warm months.
Do we have to close the garage while you clean?
Almost never. We clean level by level on nights or weekends and coordinate with your team on signage and coning, so only the section being washed is out of service at any time.
Isn't sweeping enough?
Sweeping removes loose sand and litter, but it can't touch the oils, salts and grime that bond to the deck surface. Pressure washing lifts those bonded contaminants, which is what actually protects the concrete and reduces slip hazards. The two services complement each other.
How is parking garage cleaning priced?
By square footage and condition, typically quoted per level. We'll walk the garage with you, flag heavy-stain areas, and return a free line-item bid, with recurring schedules priced for property managers who want it handled automatically.
